CleanPod Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

Congratulations on your purchase of the CleanPod, a cutting-edge product designed to keep your environment clean and safe. To further enhance your ownership experience, we are pleased to offer you the CleanPod Extended Warranty. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

  1. Coverage: The CleanPod Extended Warranty provides additional coverage for your CleanPod beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise after the expiration of the original warranty period.

  2. Duration: The CleanPod Extended Warranty extends the coverage period for an additional 1-2 years from the date of the original purchase.

  3. Repair or Replacement: If your CleanPod experiences a covered defect during the extended warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Once the product is repaired or replacement it will end the extended warranty.

  4. Exclusions: The CleanPod Extended Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover cosmetic damages that do not affect the product's functionality.

  5. Claim Process: In the event of a defect covered by the CleanPod Extended Warranty, you must contact our customer support team. We may require proof of purchase and additional information to process your claim. You may be responsible for shipping costs incurred during the claim process.

  6. Transferability: The CleanPod Extended Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the CleanPod.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under the CleanPod Extended Warranty is limited to one repair or replacement of the CleanPod as stated above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the CleanPod.
