Refund policy

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged upon arrival, or if the item becomes defective within the first 30 days after receiving your order, you are eligible to request a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return due to a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at cleanpodcs@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. This will help us expedite the process.

  3. Verification: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence. Once the verification process is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on packaging and shipping the item back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will not be eligible for return. This policy only covers products that are broken, damaged, or defective upon arrival or within the first 30 days after purchase.
